一、人選任職資格QUALIFICATIONS OF CANDIDATES

1. 具有中型企業(yè)高管或大型企業(yè)中層以上的任職經(jīng)歷；
2. 具備藥品企業(yè)或者醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、科研管理的經(jīng)驗；
3. 具備公司研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略制定、研發(fā)管理體系搭建、實施重大技術(shù)決策的能力；
4. 對中核海得威公司及其產(chǎn)品和市場有一定的了解；
5. 具有985或211院校或國外同等院校研究生以上學歷或有醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)頭部企業(yè)全流程產(chǎn)品研發(fā)經(jīng)歷；
6.年齡原則上不超過45周歲。
(1) R&D
1. Used to work as a senior manager with rich management experience in middle-sized or large-sized enterprises;
2. Have related experience of research and development (R&D) in product development of pharmaceutical companies or medical device companies;
3. Ability to set up R&D strategies, construct R&D management system, and implement major technical decisions;
4. Relatively deep understanding of Headway’s products and markets;
5. Possess a postgraduate degree or above from a 985 or 211 college or a equivalent foreign college, or hold mass knowledge and experience in the whole cycle of medical product research and development with working experience in top medical device company;
6. Below 45 years old.
（二）收并購方向
1. 具有5年以上醫(yī)藥或醫(yī)療器械項目前期投資管理經(jīng)驗,有較強的投資評估能力，具有獨立操作項目前期工作經(jīng)驗；
2. 牽頭完成過三項以上的藥品或醫(yī)療器械方向項目收并購工作；
3. 對中核海得威公司及其產(chǎn)品和市場有一定的了解；
4. 年齡原則上不超過45周歲；
5. 本科以上學歷。
(2) Merge and Acquisition
1. More than 5 years’ experience in the early-stage investment management (due diligence) of pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with solid investment estimation ability, competent to complete early-stage investment management independently;
2. Work as a key person in more than three M&A projects of pharmaceutical or medical devices;
3. Understand products and market of Headway;
4. Below 45 years old;
5.Bachelor degree or above.
